The incumbent is responsible for strategic direction in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Indigenous Relations, working closely with their team to support the implementation of the College's EDI/RPA action plans.
Responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and implementing strategic orientations, priorities, strategies, and resources for planning and executing measures within the EDI/RPA action plans.
The role involves developing and maintaining partnerships with community and government organizations, representing the College, and promoting EDI/RPA services.
