The Asset Protection Partner is the gatekeeper for our retail locations, responsible for training and executing all safety, security, compliance, and loss prevention programs.
Partners with leadership to review store security operations and policies for opportunities to improve customer experience while ensuring safety and security.
Conducts audits, reviews exception-based reports, and investigates incidents to reduce risk and improve compliance.

Key Requirements
High School diploma/GED
2 years loss prevention/asset protection/safety/retail operations experience
Associate/bachelor’s degree in criminal justice preferred
Military, law-enforcement, or security background strongly preferred
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Must possess valid driver’s license
Must be approved by state badging agency
