A Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) is to provide residents routine restorative nursing care, assisting residents with exercise to improve or maintain mobility and independence.
Essential duties include assisting residents with transfers, ambulation, range of motion, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene to ensure their well-being and comfort.
The RNA will also assist with elimination, skin care, and preparing residents for medical tests and daily activities, while maintaining a positive and calm environment.
