Job Summary

  • Provide strategic legal counsel on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and restructuring activities across APAC.
  • Champion ABB's Code of Conduct and integrity standards, collaborating with Compliance and Regulatory teams to proactively identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks.
