Job Summary

  • The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene across guest rooms, public and back-of-house areas to ensure guest comfort and uphold the resort’s quality standards.
  • The role also supports the Housekeeping function through safe equipment use, stock control, confidentiality, security procedures and assistance with laundry, public areas and guest requests as required.
