Job Summary

  • The Director of Quality and Performance Improvement is responsible for ensuring compliance with all licensures, insurance, accreditation, and regulatory requirements, as well as improving client safety and quality of care.
  • This role directs and monitors the development and implementation of the facility's quality assessment and performance improvement process to streamline workflows and may serve as Chief Health Care Disparities Officer.
  • Key responsibilities include monitoring daily operations of quality management, coordinating regulatory activities, leading a team, and developing strategies to measure, assess, and improve clinical programs and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Three or more years’ experience in Quality Management
  • Experience in facility licensure, survey and credentialing
  • Professional clinical license required
  • CPR and de-escalation certification required
  • Two years’ supervisory/management experience required
