Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Delta Controls BAS troubleshooting
HVAC equipment and control devices knowledge
Basic networking knowledge (IP, BACnet, MSTP)
Reading wiring diagrams and control drawings
Customer-facing technical service
Local travel capability
Nice-to-have
Experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities
Familiarity with commissioning tools and diagnostic software
Knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms
Key Requirements
2+ years Delta Controls or Niagara AX/N4 experience
Valid driver’s license
Trade school or technical certification in HVAC, controls, or electronics
