Job Summary

  • Responsible for fulfillment of commercial loans, reviewing files and collecting information for adherence to regulatory, compliance, policies and procedures for all due diligence, legal documentation, funding, booking and lien perfection items.
  • Act as a liaison between front line, credit approvers, attorneys, title agents, third party vendors and other internal departments to ensure an accurate and timely closing while maintaining the ban’s risk and controls.
  • Provide superior service to internal clients by taking ownership of client needs and requests and following through to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
