  • This role combines expertise in talent technology, deep understanding of HR business processes, strong project leadership, and a proactive, consultative approach to delivering solutions.
  • Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Human Resources, or related discipline

  • Emphasis in Workday configuration
  • Experience managing cross-functional HR technology projects
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
