Philips is seeking an R&D Engineering Technician for their ultrasound division in Cambridge, MA. This role involves conducting tests, supporting prototyping, and performing equipment maintenance in a regulated lab environment, requiring technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills

Job Summary

  • The R&D Technical Assistant will prepare/conduct test samples for reliability and design qualification testing, document test plans and reports, as well as supporting hands-on prototyping, machine preventative maintenance and failure analysis teardowns to support the development of medical ultrasound transducers.
  • You’re a self-starter, highly motivated with good organizational/time management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an excellent team player capable of working with cross-functional/multi-site teams.
