  • The Small Business Connect Sales Manager oversees a team of Virtual Small Business Connect Specialists who provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $2.5 Million through outbound calling activities.
  • This leader is responsible for leading their sales team to effectively drive growth through proactive outbound calling, supporting branch ‑ based small business clients, and leveraging digital tools to build strong, trusted relationships.
