Job Summary

  • The purpose of this position is to teach content focused on improving basic skills in core reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics areas through individual, small group, and whole class instruction, providing targeted remediation and enrichment as needed.
  • This position will be a main point of contact providing support and instruction in core academic areas to students in pursuit of attaining a high school equivalency diploma.
  • Compensation for all certified educators working for NCDAC in school educator positions is based on the NC Department of Public Instruction’s Salary Schedule.
