Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered and be able to explain and answer questions about menu items, specials, company policies and operations in detail.
Independently responds to inquiries, verbally or in writing, must have the ability to work independently in a multi-tasking customer service setting.

Key Requirements

Knowledge and experience working with a POS system
High School Diploma required
Ability to occasionally lift, carry and put away parcels weighing up to 30 pounds
Ability to sit and use computer workstation for extended periods
