Job Summary
Plans computerized databases, including base definition, structure, documentation, long-range requirements, operational guidelines and protection.
Assists more experienced Database Administrators (DBAs) with the testing of database software, utilities and fixes within a test (sandbox) environment.
Gathers data/reporting and assists with the production and maintenance of operational database documentation, such as Disaster Recovery, Recovery Presentation, Naming Standards, Performance and Tuning.
