Job Summary
Perform various clerical and repetitive manual functions to support customer service and adjudication departments, including processing and mailing passports and related documents.
Assist Government Personnel with inquiries from Congress, Headquarters, White House, and other Government agencies, and help maintain applications with Potentially Fraudulent Birth Documents.
