Job Summary
The Clinical Practice Manager will design, evaluate, and oversee clinical programs across Extendicare homes, ensuring compliance with Provincial Regulatory Requirements and Accreditation Canada standards.
This position will provide national oversight for clinical programs, including reviewing and updating policies, procedures, and education resources, and acting as an expert in clinical workflows and tools in PointClickCare.
