Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Education or related field
5+ years experience in online course development or academic leadership
experience with educational assessment data and accreditation reporting
proven track record in hiring and mentoring adjunct faculty
expertise with Canvas LMS and instructional design models
knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, UDL)
familiarity with MA DESE licensure and accreditation standards
