Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Electrical systems maintenance up to 600V
  • Building automation and control systems
  • Preventive and emergency electrical repairs
  • Use of Arc Flash PPE and NFPA 70E compliance
  • Inventory management and purchase requests
  • Troubleshooting HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in biomedical or GMP-regulated environments
  • Specialized training in PLCs, VFDs, and UPS systems
  • Working knowledge of proprietary door control systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Collaborative work with multiple departments

Key Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts Licensed Electrician credential
  • 3-5 years relevant electrical and building maintenance experience
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 28 feet
  • Proficiency with Building Management Systems and CMMS
  • NFPA 70E annual training and OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
