Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Electrical systems maintenance up to 600V
Building automation and control systems
Preventive and emergency electrical repairs
Use of Arc Flash PPE and NFPA 70E compliance
Inventory management and purchase requests
Troubleshooting HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment
Nice-to-have
Experience in biomedical or GMP-regulated environments
Specialized training in PLCs, VFDs, and UPS systems
Working knowledge of proprietary door control systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Collaborative work with multiple departments
Key Requirements
Active Massachusetts Licensed Electrician credential
3-5 years relevant electrical and building maintenance experience
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 28 feet
Proficiency with Building Management Systems and CMMS
NFPA 70E annual training and OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
