Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years software engineering experience
3+ years management leadership experience
5+ years managing globally distributed teams
Strong technical experience with MongoDB and Cassandra
6 years in Oracle or equivalent enterprise RDBMS
5+ years experience with Java-based backend applications
Experience leading teams in large-scale regulated environments
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting digital banking or payments platforms
Familiarity with cloud platforms and SRE practices
Ability to quickly learn and lead new technologies
Strong advocate for automation and engineering efficiency
Proven influence across Product, Architecture, and Risk teams
