Job Summary

• The Senior Lifeguard ensures the highest level of safety and supervision for all guest and patrons within Facilities, while supporting the efficient daily operation of the Department.
• Assists the Lifeguard Assistant Manager to lead teams, to allocate responsibilities and monitor the performance of Lifeguard.
• Conducts Health and Safety Risk Assessments and Incident Investigations as required.
