Must-have
5 to 8 years management consulting experience
In-depth HR and Payroll process knowledge
Payroll or HCM software implementation experience
Public sector client project experience
System configuration and testing skills

Strong analytical thinking and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self-motivated and flexible work style
Experience leading small project teams
Requirements management software proficiency
Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree required
5 to 8 years professional experience in management consulting
Prior experience implementing payroll or HCM software
Current certification in CBAP, CSM, PMI-PBA, or PMP (preferred)
