  • Expertise in drive systems, motors, and Li-Ion batteries
  • Knowledge of plastics, injection molding, and manufacturing
  • Proficiency with Creo, FEA, CFD, and FMEA methodologies

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working with Asian counterparts and OEM suppliers
  • Working knowledge of floor care products like vacuums
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project software

Key Requirements

  • BSME or BSEE degree required
  • 12+ years engineering experience in consumer appliances
  • 10+ years project management experience from concept to completion

  • Overseas travel required 2-3 times per year
