  • Develops a comprehensive and effective territory business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals established by sales and business unit leadership.

Salary

Base: $149,052.00 - $177,700.00 (Account Manager); $158,046.00 - $185,910.00 (Specialty Account Manager); Bonus/Equity: discretionary annual bonus program, or for field sales representatives, a sales-based incentive plan, Stock-based long-term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive employee benefits package, including a Retirement and Savings Plan with generous company contributions, group medical, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of sales experience
  • Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience
  • High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience
  • Doctorate degree & 2 years of collective account management experience
  • Master’s degree & 6 years of collective account management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree & 8 years of collective account management experience
  • Associate degree & 10 years of collective account management experience
  • Demonstrated success in reimbursement navigation
  • Experience promoting a product requiring extensive coordination
  • Buy-and-bill experience
  • Biologic/infusion experience
  • Sales experience in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Hematology, Neurology, or rare/specialty disease states
  • Site of care and reimbursement experience
  • Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks
  • Pharma account management selling experience
