Develop CAI solutions on platforms such as Kore.ai, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CCAI / Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, using both deterministic (intent-based) and prompt-based approaches.
Support deployment, troubleshooting, optimisation and continuous improvement of CAI solutions.
