Must-have

  • 5+ years Real Estate or Financial Services experience
  • Proficient in Yardi Voyager 7S and 8
  • Advanced Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR) design
  • Complex SQL query writing and optimization
  • API-based integration development experience
  • End-to-end Yardi Investment Suite implementation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with MRI or FIS Private Capital Suite
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Data Connect
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Workiva platforms
  • Experience creating Yardi Virtuoso agents
  • Exposure to Python, Alteryx, or Java programming

Key Requirements
