The ideal candidate will have nursing credentials and experience in gerontology, along with strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Job Summary
Participates in conducting behavioural assessments and implements and documents specific behavioural interventions.
Coaches other direct care staff and supports the Behavioural Support Ontario leads.
Provides cognitive, social, emotional support and responds to resident/family concerns.
