Job Summary
The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall financial, operational, and cultural performance of an assigned portfolio of apartment communities, partnering with Community Managers and corporate leadership.
Key job functions include overseeing portfolio performance, managing financial strategy and performance, developing talent, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the resident experience.
