Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Deep expertise in Safety of the Intended Functionality SOTIF
  • Experience with ISO 21448 and ISO 26262 standards
  • Proficiency in C++ programming and embedded systems
  • Knowledge of AI/ML system limitations and monitoring
  • Ability to define Operational Design Domains ODDs

Nice-to-have

  • Master's or PhD in Robotics or related field
  • Experience with scenario-based safety analysis methods
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development
  • Proven track record in evidence-based assurance
  • Participation in internal and external standardization efforts
