5+ years Business Analysis experience
Process mapping and process modeling
BRD and FSD documentation
Supporting QA/UAT
Leading design/solution meetings
Understanding software delivery lifecycle
Advanced system analysis and problem-solving
Nice-to-have
CCBA certification preferred
Experience in Supply Chain Systems
Experience in Retail store systems
Experience in Back Office Systems
Ability to influence IT and business stakeholders
Ability to represent complex issues understandably
Rapid absorption of new information
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or relevant field
5+ years of Business analysis experience
Experience in process mapping, process flows, and process modeling
Experience running design/solution meetings
Experience supporting QA/UAT
Experience leading multiple, disparate stakeholders
Experience in developing and presenting data analysis results
