  • Key responsibilities include planning Chanel.com budget & sales, campaign roll-out plan, building brand online customer insights, and analyzing site customer behavior using analytics tools.
  • The role requires close collaboration with Global teams, local marketing, media & digital communication teams, and the CX team to drive omni-channel activation and customer retention.
