Job Summary

  • Professionally achieve regional sales targets by ensuring the regional team successfully completes the work plan (POA), field strategy plan, and regional plan according to company policy and AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
  • Develop regional business plans based on key business objectives and supervise their implementation, while conducting SWOT analysis of the market and competitors to identify business opportunities.
  • Maintain contact with key long-term customers/clients and supervise Medical Representatives (MRs) to ensure they deliver key promotional messages using approved detailed promotional materials according to the work plan (POA).
