Job Summary

  • This role is the functional leader responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of T-Mobile’s fiber market pipeline – from partner origination and data-driven market evaluation to contract negotiation, operational readiness, and commercial launch.
  • You will manage a team of analysts, GIS specialists, and operations coordinators, and you will be the primary point of accountability for ensuring that T-Mobile’s fiber footprint grows in the right markets, with the right partners, on the right terms.

Salary

Base: $141,700 - $255,600; Bonus/Equity: Corporate Bonus Target: 20%; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), stock grants, PTO, etc.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, market development, strategic planning, or commercial operations
  • At least 3 years in a people leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Direct experience in telecommunications, broadband / fiber / ISP, or adjacent infrastructure industries strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of commercial contracts, including contract process, terms, and document management (CLM)
  • Familiarity with GIS tools, data-driven market evaluation, and/or ML-informed decision-making processes is a strong differentiator
