Arriva Group is seeking a Duty Controller for their Road Transport Services team in Derby. This permanent position involves managing the coordination of transport services for rail replacement and special events, working on a 4 on 4 off shift basis with some hybrid working options

Job Summary

  • Deliver an effective and efficient support service for Train Operating Companies pre-planned and emergency rail replacement requirements.
  • Respond to TOC/customer requirements by sourcing, procuring and managing alternative road transport services (taxi and coach) and co-ordination staff.
