The role requires ensuring that all nursing service personnel comply with procedures set forth in the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and maintaining high-quality care for residents.
You will be expected to participate in developing policies, managing staff assignments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations including infection control and hazardous material handling.

Key Requirements
