Responsibilities include managing the Applicant Tracking System, reporting support, and coordinating background screening processes with external vendors.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Minimum 2 years HR or Talent Acquisition experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with employment documentation in Asia-Pacific
Experience arranging interviews across time zones
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
