Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established standards and policies.
  • Essential duties include following maintenance schedules, reporting incidents, performing routine and unscheduled maintenance on grounds and facility equipment, and ensuring resident comfort and convenience.
