Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the recruitment, selection, and hiring of suitable talents by strategically planning, managing, and implementing the entire recruiting process.
Close collaboration with executives and regional HR Business Partners for the effective implementation of hiring requirements, using various diagnostic methods in the selection and interview process.
The role offers a 30-hour week (part-time; 5-day week) and hybrid working, along with opportunities for professional and personal development through the Academy and a digital learning platform.
