Base: $82,500 - $104,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus based on performance and firm profitability; Benefits: Company paid medical, dental, and vision coverage; life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, 401(k)/Roth with company match, paid time off

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• 3+ years of geotechnical experience
• FE/EIT certification preferred
• Prior field experience in earthwork, pile construction, inspections
