Job Summary

• The Activities Assistant helps provide meaningful activities and programs that support the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of our residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Assist in planning and conducting individual, small group, and large group activities, encouraging residents to participate in activities, hobbies, crafts, games, and social programs.
• Support residents’ emotional and social needs through positive interaction and engagement, following all facility policies and procedures and maintaining resident confidentiality at all times.
