• BS or equivalent in Bio/Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related discipline
• Years of drug product development experience
• Experience developing approaches for early and late-stage programs through licensure
• Experience managing a team of scientists and engineers
• Proficient in current formulation and drug product process development
• Knowledge of high concentration protein formulation development
• Knowledge of current regulatory guidelines
