The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Administrator.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them to new rooms or medical appointments while maintaining a calm environment.
