Salary
Base: $70,056.00 - $130,104.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives available; Benefits: Health insurance, wellness program, life/disability insurance, retirement plan, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years lifecycle operations experience
Piano or Airship platform expertise
Cross-platform campaign deployment
Targeting rules and event triggers
QA for campaign logic and routing
Nice-to-have
Curiosity about data flows
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks
Experience with CDPs
In-app messaging strategy knowledge
Strong cross-functional communication
Key Requirements
5-7 years in lifecycle operations or CRM roles
Experience with consumer brand or subscription business models
Technical comfort with audience logic and platform configuration
