Must-have
Registered Nurse license in good standing
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
Point Click Care software proficiency
Microsoft Suite product proficiency
7 years nurse management experience preferred

Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to resolve employee disciplinary issues
Experience with state survey participation
