Job Summary
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ATMC Photo/Metro/AMHS Equipment.
Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in Metrology, including 4-point probe, Atomic Force Microscopy, CDSEM, Film Thickness measurement tools, and Defect inspection tools.
Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance, requiring effective written and verbal communication skills.
