Job Summary
This role is mainly an advisory role providing policy support and learning sessions to the analysts and QCs.
Responsible for all procedural/policy-related questions, issues and updates, including dissemination of policy updates and managing policy escalations.
Collaborate with the Global team on any policy questions and proposals to improve procedure execution, and provide 6-eye support for QC accreditation.
