Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as Manager
  • High volume Food & Beverage operation experience
  • University degree in Hotel/Restaurant management a strong asset
  • Proficient in restaurant functions
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of CBA compliance preferred
  • Experience managing unionized teams preferred
