Base: $104,000.00 - $168,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Incentive opportunities eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive health, 401(k), PTO, and more

Must-have
4+ years of banking experience
Source and onboard new business clients
Structure secured and unsecured credit solutions
Conduct comprehensive financial and credit assessments
Meet Loan Originator regulatory requirements
Nice-to-have
Strong network in local market
Experience with $1mm - 25mm revenue portfolios
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to balance client needs with risk interests
Key Requirements
4+ years of banking experience
BS/BA degree or higher
Loan Originator qualification under Regulation Z
Clean criminal background and financial fitness standards
