Job Summary
Supports the Area Merchandising function by addressing and resolving service requests, new item setup, and excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory issues in a timely manner.
Serves as the central escalation point of contact for all service requests related to product specifications, availability, substitutions, and merchandising issues.
This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus up to 10% of base salary and benefits may include health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off.
