The role involves administrative, personnel, nursing care, safety, equipment, care plan, and budget functions to support the nursing service department and resident needs.
The position requires participation in facility surveys, quality assurance programs, staff development, and maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies.
