Job Summary

  • We are a strategic, hard-working team within the Adaptive Planning Customer Success organization, responsible for maximizing customer retention.
  • As a Renewal Manager, you will own, drive, and proactively manage the renewals process for a strategic segment of global Adaptive Planning accounts, ensuring high gross retention and on-time closure.
